To many fans, Linkin Park’s comeback has seemingly introduced a completely different band. Featuring new vocalist and front woman Emily Armstrong, the latest album ‘From Zero’ was the first release by the rock band since the loss of Chester Bennington. To A Cappella Aficionado Gerard Saguto’s surprise, the band has recently released an a cappella version of the album.

From Zero (an a cappella version) is the first a cappella release from Linkin Park. A seemingly unlikely group to make waves in the genre. And that’s why Gerard Saguto is so excited to see where this album release takes the band — and the a cappella genre overall.
This week, Linkin Park introduced a unique companion to the comeback album that was released back in November 2024, From Zero. The recent release is the first album to feature new front woman Emily Armstrong. The a cappella version of the album features alternate recordings of each track, including the singles “The Emptiness Machine” and “Heavy Is the Crown.” While this rendition of the album is now available for streaming, download and purchase, it has a cappella fans like Gerard Saguto wondering.. What does this mean for the tour?
Linkin Park is set to embark on a grand world tour in 2025, with stops in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Australia and New Zealand. Gerard Saguto looks forward to the possibility of an a cappella performance at some stage in the 2025 World Tour. Will the rock band make that far of a leap in its rebrand? Only time will tell! Either way, Maestro Saguto is excited to see how this album could transform the a cappella genre.
